Many companies nowadays produces their goods in sweatshops in emerging markets, such as Asia. Majority of the time, the work is done by little children and women, as their hands are small enough to sew together the garments.

Currently, there are many activists fighting for these practices to change, but we can help in our own way. Stop shopping in those shops will reduce demand and help the cause!
